10to8 Appointment Scheduling and Microsoft Teams integration
Our product team has been working on this one for a while. Microsoft Teams is one of the most powerful and widely used team collaboration tools out there and we wanted to make it easy for you to sync it with your 10to8 account.
Microsoft Teams has all the functions of a modern-day collaboration platform like group chats, channels, video conferencing, and many more. Whether you have a team of 5 or 5,000, it has the ability to securely bring everyone to one place. You can even share, and edit Word documents, PowerPoint, and Excel files in real-time.
Microsoft Teams is popular not only with large organizations, but universities and online teachers as well. Our university clients have done splendidly with moving to virtual student engagement and online classes when the global pandemic emerged and we wanted to provide them with more tools that can support their tutors.
To enable it, go to ‘Set Up’ > “Integrations” and find ‘Microsoft Teams’

New class booking feature
As mentioned earlier, we are actively improving 10to8 to help universities and private tutors increase student engagement and make the students’ and teachers’ experience better.
Students and teachers alike have been facing difficulties moving to a new online ecosystem. To make it easier for them, we have developed a new class booking feature that is more robust and specifically tailored to the needs of universities.
With our new class booking feature, you can see all attendees to a class in a single place. 10to8 now displays the title of the class with the total number of students as well as the delivery method.
To teach students online and engage them remotely is anything but easy. This is why we recorded a webinar on how to improve virtual student engagement with 10to8.
New improved inbox
10to8’s inbox has gone through a bit of a revamp. You now have access to all the information about your appointments under one roof. Here’s what a 10to8’er, VP of Sales, had to say about it:

Facebook Pixel integration
The Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising.
If you want to start tracking visits to your booking page and see how many customers end up booking an appointment, you can now use our new 10to8 – Facebook Pixel.
Placing the pixel on your online booking page will empower you to identify where people drop off in the booking process and even run powerful remarketing campaigns targeted at booking page visitors who abandoned the page without placing a booking.
Pro Tip: If you’d like to take converting social media followers into customers one step further, you can add a ‘Book Now’ button to your Facebook Business Page. You can find our native Facebook booking button under ‘Online Booking’ > ‘Facebook Bookings’.
10to8 is a powerful product and we understand that navigating it can get a tad overwhelming. This is why we continue to work on simplifying the product.
You now have the option to change the view to ‘Simple Mode’, which hides some of the features from the main view. You can always switch it back to ‘Advanced Mode’, once you become more familiar with the software.
This feature was designed to make the interface easier to use for staff members who might not necessarily use the advanced features, and also for admins who prefer the simple look and don’t use all of our features.
