Be advised that this is only a requesting system and that same day appointments are not available.
Appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and appointments are NOT CONFIRMED until you receive an email from us with a calendar attachment.

This requesting system is not integrated with Medical Center Outlook calendars and submitting the request for a consultation does not automatically schedule the appointment. You will receive a confirmation once we confirm availability, assign an administrator to meet with you, and have reserved a meeting space.

UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVITATION WITH A TEAMS LINK your appointment has not been scheduled.
