Welcome to the ORIGINAL magnet school. Claiborne Fundamental Magnet Elementary School was the first magnet school in Caddo Parish and remains one of the top schools in Louisiana. Claiborne holds two national awards: The National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award and The National Title I School of Distinction Award. Using the Harry Wong plan for organization and management, along with the Kagan Cooperative Learning student engagement plan, teachers are equipped to provide “BEST TEACHING AND LEARNING ALL DAY, EVERY DAY”.
