This 55-minute class is a challenging and unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, and strength & endurance training. Inspired by popularized high-intensity interval training, you will be lead through a workout class that will give every body a full body workout.
Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels, and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day.
