This 55-minute class is a challenging and unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, and strength & endurance training. Inspired by popularized high-intensity interval training, you will be lead through a workout class that will give every body a full body workout.

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
