Mindful People offer a programme which consists of sessions of the body centered physical wellness practice of mindful yoga and mindful based stress reduction meditation, assisting in effective living. We offer the opportunity to put anxieties and clutter of the mind to one side and the tools to put you in control of your thoughts, instead of your thoughts controlling you. In one session you can experience a quieter mind and a new, more confident, authentic voice. Mindful Yoga & Mindful Meditation is a little more unique to us. It’s essentially practising mindfulness whilst moving through a series of easy-to-pick-up yoga poses, and helps make mindfulness part of your everyday routine.
