At Talk in the Bay we provide a highly professional and flexible service offering psychotherapy (including art and psychodynamic psychotherapy), counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy to meet the needs of our clients. Our services are provided by highly qualified and experienced therapists. In providing this service we aim to contribute towards the improved well-being of all people living in Wales.
