Everyone entering into the office must wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE)
I ask that patients come into the office alone (unless they require a caregiver)
Please use the bathroom to wash your hands before beginning treatment.
It is my discretion that the appointment may be cancelled or postponed if a patients symptoms are suspicious for Covid 19.
