Please note, I ask for 48hrs notice of cancellation. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Sometimes you may be unable to keep it but giving me 48 hours notice allows me to offer that time to another patient on the waiting list. Similarly, it creates a higher availability to you when you are looking to book an appointment. Cancellations outside of this period, and no-shows, are charged at the full fee.
