Each session is unique, but usually follows a short clarifying of what is important right now in your life, ... we then will clear any blocks, stress etc via the use of relaxing, sound and story work based on the Ancient Egyptians and Sound Principles. Finishing each appointment with a few practical supports for continuing on in your own life.

HOW WE MEET ..... As soon as you book and pay I will send out a link for ZOOM.US - online conferencing services. A short youtube 'how to use zoom' video for those who do not know ZOOM will also be sent - it is very simple and easy to use.
