Office hours with Provost Scholar Advisor

When you book an appointment:

1. Select the type of appointment, based on the primary topic you would like to discuss.

2. After you sign-up for an appointment please indicate in the comments section what you would like to discuss (i.e. declare major, status of co-curricular requirements, graduate early etc.)

3. Appointments are 30 minutes each. Please be on time the day of your appointment.

4. If absolutely necessary, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else may sign up for an appointment during this slot.

5. For specific questions before we meet, please email me. Our meeting will take place in my office located at 137 E. 25th street, room 304.

Before your appointment, you should prepare for the meeting and do the following:

1. Review the Honor program requirements to prepare for your meeting. You will find the answers to a lot of questions on the Honors Program website.

2. It is important to become familiar with the Honors requirements, advising tools and Registration guide sections.

3. Review your transcript in CUNYfirst and your degree audit in DegreeWorks.

4. Write down your specific questions and the topics you would like to discuss. Keep in mind, you may be able to find the answer to many of your questions on our website.

For Spring/Winter 2019 pre-registration: Advising appointment times are to be announced.

In preparation for your pre-registration advising appointment, please review all the relevant links on the registration page before your appointment.

1. In advance of your advising appointment, email me a copy of your completed Registration Grid for the appointment and my records. The completed grid is reviewed in your advisement appointment, so please send it in advance.

2. You can email the completed schedule grid to: hannah.fatemi@baruch.cuny.edu.

3. The "Baruch Honors Pre-Registration Advisement Grid" has 5 options for "class schedules" however you only need to complete a minimum of 2 options.
