    Mid-pandemic, in May 2021, Lincolnshire NHS Trust was faced with an increasing number of bookings. They were currently taking bookings via phone, pen, and paper. Across their 3 locations, they were taking over 300 calls per day and close to 8,000 appointments per month. This was proving increasingly difficult and time-consuming.

    They implemented 10to8 across their 3 phlebotomy clinics at the start of November 2021. The pressure on the phone lines has dramatically dropped and they have taken over  50,000 bookings through 10to8.
