New Features In June
At 10to8 appointment scheduling software, we aim to improve the product in the direction of which our customers point us. This is why we run regular surveys, ask for feedback and reviews.
We gather feature requests from our customers and after analyzing them, the engineering team sketches out a plan of how the product will improve in the short, semi-long and long term. In June, we released two highly requested features, that we believe many of you will find extremely useful. I’m sure you are very excited by now, so let’s look at what’s new!
⭐ Feature Highlight Of June ⭐
Availability for those who travel to their clients
Location-radius based availability is here!
10to8 now allows you to set how far you are willing to travel to visit a client when they book online with you. This helps minimize the amount of traveling you have to put up with so that you can become more productive and moreover, you can focus on providing your clients with the best possible experience. If you work in a team, 10to8 can automatically book in each client with whoever is working in that area at the given time.
The setup is very easy and quick. When you set your working hours for a particular day, you can also specify which location you are working out of, and how far you are willing to travel, like in the image below.
Your clients will then be asked for their address before they can see when you are available. If their address is in the area range specified by you, then available slots will be visible to them, else they will not see slots and will not be able to book you.
The location radius based availability is available on the Bigger Business and Bespoke Plans.
Offer more flexible time slots
This is one of the most requested features, and now it is available in the product!
Make it easier for clients to book with you by offering more flexible slots. Set up custom intervals between the available slots that customers can choose from on your 10to8 online booking page.
Appointment slots used to be generated based on your availability and service duration, which was optimized to fill your calendar completely. Now, you can set the interval between appointment slots to give your client more flexibility to choose the suitable time. Note, however, that you might have irregular gaps between bookings as a result.
You can set the interval between your appointment slots for specific services as shown below. Offer even more convenient booking options to your clients!
Since many of you requested this feature, we have made it available on all plans, including the Free Forever Plan!
You can set this up by simply navigating to the ‘Online Booking’ tab, followed by ‘Booking Page’. Then select a service where you’d like to offer flexible slots, tick the ‘Set interval’ box and choose an option.

Built-in 10to8 search
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
You can now quickly search for customers and support articles from the footer within the product, without having to navigate to another tab or page.
This means you can quickly search for someone who chose to call you on the phone for an appointment and thus, shorten the length of the phone call for both of your benefits. You can also search for support material whenever you need help.
The search bar is available on all pages on 10to8 so you don’t have to juggle between pages to get the information you need.
