September is always one of the busiest months of the year, not only for 10to8 but to all service-based businesses using 10to8 appointment scheduling software. Thus, we decided that we’ll make September a very special month and make all the new features available on all plans.

Direct links for booking staff
10to8 allows you to create privately bookable services for some time now, so if you want to hide a service from your online booking page, that’s a piece of cake.
But what if multiple staff members offer the same service and you want to route the client to a specific staff member? Well, that used to be a bit tricky, but not anymore! We have introduced the privately bookable links so that you can direct your customers to a specific member of staff when they make a booking.
So if you have a sales team where each member of the team provides product demos, but they cover different areas, be it sector, use case or company size, you can route the client to the right sales rep via a link.
Each staff member’s privately bookable link can be found under Set Up > Staff > Staff Record.
Even more customer details
Does 10to8 appointment scheduling software function as your main CRM? Then you will love this: we made some improvements to the Customer Details section, so you can have even more information on your clients at the tip of your fingers and maintain better relationship with them.
For example, now you can add tags to customers and categorize them. Tag customers who are always late, mark clients who hold a loyalty card or use tags to show where they are in the sales funnel.
See notes history
The notes on the Customer Details section now show the last update time and staff name who updated it to help you follow the customer interactions. This will also help you better pass on information in your team, and if there’s any confusion about the latest note, you can see who to turn to.
Additional information – share fields across all customers
It used to take a bit of work to add custom fields to every single customer’s record to display additional information. You can now do it in a jiffy; simply pin the field by clicking the star next to the custom field and it will be available on all other customers’ records.
