Case Study: A US Retail Bank

10to8 is used by an American bank which has a large geographical presence. They use 10to8 to manage bookings for their sales and customer service relating to student loans. These are valuable appointments which have had historically high no-show rates of about 10%.

In Q2 2018 the bank ran a pilot with 90 of their staff managing their bookings with 10to8.

The bank has seen a drop in no-shows from 10% to 2.3%. These extra appointments taken have shown a direct revenue increase of over $100,000 pcm. The current ROI for this project is currently at 150X.

The bank has adopted 10to8 formally and will more than double its use of 10to8 in Q1 2019.

Cast Study: International Retail & Home Visits

A large international UK PLC uses 10to8 for global projects such as customer service and sales appointments. 10to8 was initially selected for its API, staff-facing user interface & ability to work anywhere in any timezone.

10to8 has been integrated into a custom, company branded, booking flow for home visits for sales representatives of the PLC in India. 10to8 has delivered in three key areas: an online booking API, a reduction in no-shows (fewer “no-one-at-home”), and a better customer experience for those booking with the company

To date, 10to8 has booked over 12,000 appointments with a no-show rate of below 4%. This project is due to be expanded globally in 2019 across most of the multinationals’ territories.
