Please rest assured that we have never, and will never, pass your details on to third parties and will only contact you in direct relation to your session. Any information and notes relating to your session are stored and locked in a cabinet in secure office in a secure building. Any electronic information stored online through the appointment system is held securely and is password protected and is only used for contact purposes.
No information will be disclosed to a third party other than at your specific request, in accordance with legal obligations. You have the right to withdraw your permission for us to store your information at any time, this can be done verbally or in writing.
Your files will be kept for a maximum of 7 years after your last session and then will be securely destroyed.
