Into Leadership Ltd is a training and coaching company providing breakthrough customised training for individuals and corporate clients in West Yorkshire.

Our mission is to create mindful leaders and successful teams by enhancing their knowledge, skills and abilities growth in modern society. Into Leadership was founded in 2013 by Karolina Alchimowicz who is an NLP Master, Transformation, Mindfulness and Strategic Life and Business Coach, passionate about creating collaborative and mindful society.

We provide coaching/training/consultation via Skype,Phone or 1:1/group sessions at our office in Wakefield or at Your own premise.
