Who this appointment is for: This is a booking service for blood test appointments, which replaces our walk in service at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A BLOOD TEST UNLESS IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY A LNWH HEALTH PROFESSIONAL OR AN EALING GP (for Ealing Hospital only).

For INR testing, please book Monday to Thursday only.

GP BLOOD TEST REQUESTS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED AT EALING HOSPITAL. NORTHWICK PARK AND CENTRAL MIDDLESEX HOSPITALS CANNOT ACCEPT GP REQUESTS.
