All data is stored within GDPR rules and when you make a booking you will be asked if you consent to opt in to receive confirmation of your booking by email/text. We do not share your details with anyone and do not send you any emails or text messages other than dealing with your appointment or answering any questions you may have. We never send marketing emails or marketing text messages. No communications are sent without your permission.
Records held are only relating to your appointment including contact details and any health details relating to your treatment. You have the right to request to see these and amend if required.
Records are stored securely for 7 years after your last appointment when they will then be deleted.
