About Thrive Acupuncture

Hey Guys!
I've been busily attempting to gather all of the necessary supplies to re-open safely. I THINK I'll have them all in the beginning of June! My current plan is to start seeing patients again SLOWLY beginning the week of June 15th. I'll start by opening up appointments to established patients on Tuesdays. Once those begin filling, I'll expand to being in the office Thursdays as well. For patients new to Thrive Acupuncture, I will conduct initial exam appointments via telemedicine on Mondays and Wednesdays. 60-90 minutes is just too long to be face to face at this time. Once you've completed the "New Patient Exam," you'll be welcome to schedule "Established Patient" appointments for in-person acupuncture treatment!

New clinic rules :

*I'll be scheduling patients every 1.5 hours. Appointments are still 60 minutes, but I'll need that extra 30 minutes for proper cleaning.

*All commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned between every patient. Massage table, door knobs, light switches, etc.

*I'm going to ask that you wait in your car until I come to get you for your appointment to avoid having anyone waiting in the waiting room. When I come to get you, I'll take your temperature using a touchless thermometer. If you have a fever of 100.4 or higher, we'll need to postpone treatment.

*Please, if you've felt at all sick (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell), let's reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fees for being sick!

*Wear a mask at all times in the clinic. Cloth masks are fine (I can't wait to see all the cute designs that you guys have!). I'll have surgical masks available for purchase ($5) if you forget yours.

*Make sure to wear loose clothing that allows me to reach up to your knees and elbows! If we're working on your shoulders, tank tops are a great way to make sure I can get to the points I'll need!

This has been a very strange time for all of us, but I've really missed you all and look forward to helping you resume your paths to health!

See you soon, <3 Becca

Bodies are amazing - but I'll be honest with you, they sometimes do weird things when they get out of balance! Here at Thrive Acupuncture, we will work together as partners in undoing the weird so you can feel awesome! Healing is kind of like a cross-country roadtrip - it's a bit of a journey, yes, but it's always better when you're with a friend. I'll be with you every step of the way (doing acupuncture, telling bad jokes, prescribing herbs, giving nutritional advice and being your cheerleader) and your body will do the incredible work of remembering how to be healthy again!
